If anyone can figure out how to change the width of the infoboxes, I would very much appreciate, cuz I can't find a decent tutorial and can't figure where to put any commands.
I really think that, since the AITD'08 from PS2/Wii was the first and only time it's explicitly told when he was born, it's fair to consider it canon. Also because it's pretty normal for manuals and strategy guides to have wrong informations, either by oversights or because an information was changed later.
Yes. And documents in the first game and the Mystery Examiner put Jeremy's suicide in 1925. It's ridiculously inconsistent.
According to the PS2/Wii version of Alone in the Dark '08, Edward was born in 1897. Making him 111 years old at the time of the game.
HOWEVER! The Secrets of the Shadow Hunter from the AITD: The New Nightmare Strategy Guide establishes within the game's timeline that there were 2 Carnbys before the main protagonist. According to the text, the first one, according to sources, was born between 1888 and 1899, who got "mixed up in several strange affairs in the years 1920 to 39". Which is a possible match for Edward in the original trilogy. Which would make 102-113 years old.
HOWEVER! (2x) According to the Official Strategy Guide for Alone in the Dark 1 and 2, a fictional biography points out that Edward was born in 1898, meaning he would be 112 years old.
(And I agree that TNN could be non-canon to the original trilogy and Inferno, since it was... y'know, completely forgotten afterwards)

I just looked it up, and I haven't found anything crediting him as a voice actor for Edward. I think it was put there because of the PS2/Wii version of AITD'08.

It is not a remake or a reboot. It's a reimagining of the first game's story with elements from the whole original 90's trilogy.
Gimme some examples so I can make up an opinion on it =)
