The 45 PHX is a pistol, based on the real Colt M1911, Celeste's main weapon before the Patch Summer 2016 Update in Alone in the Dark: Illumination.

It is a semi-automatic pistol, small and precise, very reliable and suitable for colliding with weaker enemies. The magazine has a capacity of 9 bullets while the firepower is relatively low. The 45 PHX is removed in versions after the Patch Summer 2016 Update and Celeste's main weapon becomes the Lightning Strike.
