The New Nightmare[]
It is a notebook that can be found in the office of Alan Morton, on the first floor of the villa , it contains some details of the studies carried out on the Creatures of Darkness (also referring to the experiments carried out on his father). According to Alan, creatures of darkness reproduce like bacteria and do not possess a real DNA as much as a crystalline structure with photosynthetic properties, nor do they have a flesh or blood skeleton, resembling more minerals than animals. He conducted several experiments to unite humans with shadows, extracting the crystalline structure from creatures and injecting it into human subjects, both living and dead. Alan concludes by claiming that he wants to try different combinations of crystalline solution extracted from different monsters, knowing that he will have many bodies provided by the agreement that his brother Obed made with Christopher Lamb.
