Overview

Alone in the Dark appears as a burned paperback with the front cover of the original Alone in the Dark. It can be found only in Chapter 2 when the player attempts to open the safe in the clerk's office before acquiring the combination. When the player reaches Chapter 4, the lagniappe becomes unobtainable.

Alone in the Dark is necessary to complete "The Hartwood Curse" set, which unlocks the hidden cutscene in the attic.
