Ammunition were items in Alone in the Dark: Illumination and found throughout the levels. They can be picked up by The Hunter, who can use them to replenish his weapons, beside the pistol
The Engineer can also pick up and use ammo to replenish her shotgun, once she has leveled up enough to access it.
