The Amulet was an object found in the spell chamber connected to Elizabeth Jarret's Bedroom in Hell's kitchen. It was found on the magic tile on the floor of the room.
Upon Carnby picks the amulet up, it levitates him and he is transported to a room upstairs. The item, However, is not retained in Carnby's inventory.
