Batiste's keys are a key item in Alone in the Dark (2024).

The set consists of three keys that unlock the gate to Miss Jackson's place in the French Quarter and the Clerk's Office and Library in Derceto.

Overview

After being transported to the French Quarter, Edward/Emily goes to the Johnny The Conqueror across the street. There, they stumble upon Batiste, an orderly that works in Derceto. Batiste gives them the key to reach Miss Jackson's place, which he locked to stop the ghouls from getting in.

After the cutscene, the set of keys is automatically added to the inventory. After using all three keys, the set disappears.

Trivia

• The set initially consisted of 5 keys, even though the player could use only 3 of them. It had its UI updated along with several other keys after Patch 2024/05/29.
