According to the Toy Book, legend goes that it was owned by the the infamous serial killer Jack the Ripper. He can march in time to a drum.
Events of Jack in the Dark[]
He's one of the possessed toys under the control of Jack. He becomes hostile right after you defeat Indrani de Bali.
Strategy[]
The only way to defeat him is: Grab the drums and lure him to the toy chest. Don't let him get close to you.
