The Saloon Cellar is an underground chamber below the Slaughter Gulch Saloon that is accessible via a trap door behind the bar.
As seen in some sources it was used as a way of smuggling alcohol to the jail nearby, thus enabling access to it.
The distinguishing parts of the room are the three huge beer barrels to the player's right, and the poster on the wall at the far end.
There is a secret entrance to the prison in the barrel next to the poster, but have become full of crimson coloured snakes by the time Carnby opens it. After Carnby scares them off with a maraca, he will be able to make use of a ladder to one of the goal's cells.
