Gardening Gloves was an item in the game boy color version of Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare.
The gardening gloves, as well as the crowbar, can be found in a locked gardening shed outside of the Morton Mansion (Game Boy Color), alongside the Gardening Gloves. Carnby would then be able to use the crowbar to break the door in order to enter the mansion.
