The Disc launcher is a weapon that fired discs removed from the final version of Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare.

The spear-discs would have been an exclusive weapon of Aline, probably developed by Jeremy Morton. It had an an automatic fire mode, shooting luminescent disks, bouncing off the walls, would cause extra damage to enemies[1]. It was possible that, unlike the other Jeremy weapons, it would not have expressed as a percentage charge, but would be required to find the disks as ammunition. Probably the weapon was discarded since it would have oversimplified the clashes.
