Dr. Jenkins Lozenges is a bottle of cough drops, which a type of medicated tablet intended to be dissolved in the mouth to temporarily stop coughs, lubricate, and soothe irritated tissues of the throat due to a sore throat from the common cold or influenza.
Cassandra Beauregard apparently required these tablets for an unknown issue, to be administered by the orderlies.
