The Engraved Metallic Plate was item picked up by Edward Carnby in Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare.

The plate is located behind the framework Jeremy Morton , to pick it up you must unlock the framework mechanism by entering the code visible on one of the Fort's windows (with the help of the telescope) on a control panel of the Library (Morton Mansion) . On the plate is engraved with a combination of useful symbols to unlock the lock of the fence around the bridge leading to the beach and the moors.
