The Cargo Hold of the Flying Dutchman was one of the lowest levels within the Flying Dutchman.
Background[]
When the Flying Dutchman was a prison ship. The cargo hold was where Elizabeth Jarret was imprisoned for her crimes. Although the room contained her physical form, her mind was able to call upon the help of One Eye Jack, along with his crew. Years later, it would serve as the prison of both Carnby and Grace before the pirates plan to sacrifice Grace in order to continue their immortality. There was only one door, besides a hatch which was blocked by some wood.
