Trivia[]

  • The flasks in Alone in the Dark 1, 2 and 3 and the 2024 game have the appearance of hip flasks that are commonly used to preserve liquor, however they do not cause any effects of alcohol no matter how much the player consumes. While the ones in The New Nightmare resemble volumetric flasks.
  • The flasks in the first Alone in the Dark 1 have Jeremy Hartwood's initials engraved into the glass, and also bears the appearance of a liquor flask, not a medicine bottle.
  • The flasks in Alone in the Dark 2 seem to have a wooden finish with a golden 'C' engraved in the middle, possibly Carnby's initial, with the item acting as some sort of "refill" to his own flask.
