The Hunting Rifle is a secondary weapon of Theodore Carnby in Alone in the Dark: Illumination, after the Patch Summer 2016 Update .

It is the third weapon available for Carnby after the .44 Piranha and the M4 submachine gun , it is unlocked at level 7. The interval between one shot and the next is long, but each bullet causes very high damage to all types of enemy. At basic level, each magazine has 6 ammunition and, like all other features, it can be increased with the appropriate skill branch:
