Margrave Liniment is a key item in Alone in the Dark (2024).

The Margrave Liniment is a medicated topical preparation for application to the skin, typically sold to relieve pain and stiffness, such as from muscular aches, strains and arthritis. Cassandra Beauregard probably relied on it after developing chronic back pain after a suicide attempt by jumping off a balcony.
It can be found on the table next to the typewriter in Cassandra's Bedroom. It must be placed on the tray in the far side of the room to find the code for the lock alongside Dr. Jenkins Lozengez.
