- It is the Game Boy Color counterpart to the non-handheld versions of Morton Mansion.
- Most of the interiors of the mansion is copied in sprite form to its non-gameboy counterpart.
- Whilst Alan is the sole master of the house, the one in the rest of the games was shared by the Morton family including his brother.
