The key to the Morton house is a key that is retrieved by Edward Carnby in Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare.
The New Nightmare[]
The key opens the main door of the villa allowing you to get outside. It is recovered once unlocked the mechanisms of all four paintings in the Main Hall (Morton Mansion), and inserting the base of each of the date of birth of the four members of the Morton family depicted. Once you solved the riddle the little clock on the dining room table will open allowing you to get the key.
