The Nickel was a coin that could be picked up near the platform closest to where Carnby fell in the small underground cavern, underneath the statue in Hedge Maze
It can be used on the small wall-mounted slotmachine, which will give Carnby two Tokens, one of each color for the music box in Organ Room upstairs.
