SAR-87

The SAR-87 is a submachine gun by Theodore Carnby, inspired by the real AK-47 , which appeared in the versions of Alone in the Dark: Illumination prior to the Patch Summer 2016 Update and removed from the subsequent ones.

The SAR-87 is the first machine gun that Ted Carnby can equip. Inflicts serious damage, however continuous fire tends to decrease accuracy. Like all machine guns, it is equipped with a flamethrower whose charge is expressed by the character's skill bar. The magazine capacity is initially 30 bullets and, like the power and rate of fire, can be increased through the Hunter's class skills:
