The screwdriver is a tool that the player can use to pierce the fuel tanks of vehicles, thus obtaining free gasoline to fill portable containers, as well as pierce blood packs, While the hint for it claims it can be used as a weapon, it infact cannot, the tip is the same as the Flick Knife, which can be used as a weapon.

- The screwdriver's location varies, but one can always be found in a storeroom on the top floor of the school like building to the bottom south-west of the map.
- Use the screwdriver to pierce a gas tank to earn a Trophy.
- The screwdriver is not in the Playstation 2 version of the game.
