The Shaman is a small character in Alone in the Dark 3. He helps Carnby in his journey through Slaughter Gulch.
Biography[]
He aids Carnby by appearing to him in the Saloon, warning him of the power of the amulet in his possession. Carnby meets him again, by calling him through the amulet, helping him get across the chasm of lava beneath the Town Hall.
When Carnby dies and reincarnates as a mountain lion, the indian tasks him to find the golden bird that was stolen by Jed Stone in exchange for his resurrection and to prevent a catastrophe.

- Because he can transform into a golden eagle, it could be speculated that it was his grave that was looted by Jed Stone when he took the golden bird.
