The Spirit of San José is a miniature monoplane that flies around in The Little Shop, and a minor character in Jack in the Dark.
Background[]
This toy is a miniature of a monoplane in a yellow/red color pattern. It was fabricated by Shuster Inc. According to the game, it is a miniature to the first plane that flew over New York to Los Angeles in 1919.
Involvement[]
It is just a decoration toy. It keeps flying in circles during the game, it also emits sounds. Other than that, it does nothing else but decoration.
Trivia[]
- This is a reference to Raymond Ortega. His plane name is the Spirit of St. Louis. Curiously, it's the name of the mechanical train in the Jack in the Dark.
