Wood Alcohol is an item in Alone in the Dark 3.
Overview[]
The Wood Alcohol can be found on the cupboard behind the Saloon bar. It can be given to Lefty in his cell, who will die and drop a flask. If Lefty is killed by any other means he will not drop a flask.
The wood alcohol cannot be consumed, only dropped.
Trivia[]
- Wood Alcohol is an alternate name to Methanol, or Methyl Alcohol, a light, volatile, colorless and flammable liquid with a distinctive alcoholic odor, making it easily mistaken for potable alcohol, which can be fatal, as it acts as a nervous system depressant.[1]
- This item essentially acts like its previous counterpart from Alone in the Dark 2, the Bottle of Whiskey, as a means to defeat an enemy, but cannot be consumed.
